Louis Graziano, aka Timothy Graziano

Louis Graziano, also known as Timothy Graziano, 24, faces charges including possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer.
According to the criminal complaint:
Sheriff’s detectives from Morris County, N.J., asked Plymouth police to look for Graziano at his girlfriend’s Turner Street home. Officers Anthony Gorey and John Vanderlink went to the house around 8:20 a.m. Saturday.
Graziano opened the door, and when the officers asked who he was, he told them he didn’t have identification on him, but that he was Timothy Graziano. Gorey told Graziano he knew he was Louis Graziano and that there was an active warrant for his arrest.
Police said Graziano then said, “OK, my name is Louis Graziano. Can I just go inside to say goodbye to my kids?”
Police handcuffed Graziano and took him into custody. He repeatedly asked if his girlfriend could take his belongings and at one point motioned her to reach into his right front pocket. Police did not allow Graziano’s girlfriend to take anything from him.
When he was searched, police found a black pouch containing 40 individually wrapped packets of what they believe is heroin in his pocket. Police also found a hypodermic needle, a metal drug smoking device and $916 in cash.
Graziano was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Paul J. Roberts Jr. and lodged in Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 total bail. His preliminary hearing is Jan. 22 in Central Court.
