Man sentenced to five years for drugs

Man sentenced to five years for drugs: "Nen Angel Cruces, who now lives in Daly City, Calif., pleaded guilty on Nov. 20 in U.S. District Court in Seattle to possession of BZP with intent to distribute.
BZP, which is also known as Legal E or Legal X, has amphetamine-like effects.
He was arrested on June 26, 2009, at a Bellingham storage facility. Prosecutors say he was connected to a storage unit that contains 26 kilos of BZP and ecstasy."
