Asbury Park man arrested on drug charges in Neptune | APP.com | Asbury Park Press: "Jomell Capone Brathwaite, 28, of Adams Street, Asbury Park was arrested shortly after 12:30 p.m. May 4 at West Grove Square on South Main Street (Route 71) in Neptune, said Lt. William Monroe.
Brathwaite was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, distribution of heroin in a school zone, possession of heroin with intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of heroin, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and loitering with the purpose to distribute narcotics."
