Sheriff: Man had 68 balloons full of heroin | 89.3 KPCC: "27-year-old Andrew Lalande had apparently fallen asleep Friday and crashed into a car that was stopped in front of him.

Deputies later found 68 balloons full of heroin at the spot witnesses pointed out. They also found 15 syringes, one of them full of heroin, inside Lalande's truck.
McNeal says Lalande was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs for sale, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia."
