National Ledger - Willie Nelson Band Members - Charges for Drugs and Alcohol Pending: "Charges against several band members that perform with legendary US musician Willie Nelson are still pending from a January arrest in North Carolina. According to a report from the Sampson Independent, musicians Thomas Ray Hawkins, Dudley Prewitt, Kenneth Koepke, Aaron Foye, Dan Spears, and Robert Lemons were cited, but a prosecutor says test results are needed for any final charges.

Hawkins, Prewitt and Koepke, were each charged with possession of one-half ounce of marijuana and possession of non-tax paid alcohol and the report adds that Foye, Spears and Lemons were cited with possession of non-tax-paid alcohol."
