Police: Two had 30 lbs. of drugs | thenewsstar.com | The News Star: "Jose Perez, 26, of 1028 Dove St., Alamo, Texas, and Cassandra Lozano, 20, of 1616 West Gastel Circle, Mission, Texas, were booked into Ouachita Correctional Center for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. Perez was also booked for improper lane use and no driver's license.Arrest affidavits stated troopers saw a tan Chevrolet Trailblazer cross the white fog line while traveling east on Interstate 20.During a traffic stop, the driver, Perez, was found to not have his license. Troopers said the passenger, Lozano, did have a license. Troopers said the two seemed nervous and gave different answers when asked where they were headed."
