MCSO Uncovers Fountain Hills Heroin Ring - Phoenix News Story - KPHO Phoenix: "Special Investigations Division of the MCSO said the team used information collected by Fountain Hills deputies to begin its narcotics investigation and determine whether young adults and teens from the area were trafficking heroin.
According to police, detectives created a list of local heroin dealers and users, which allowed detectives to identify a number of young people that were purchasing, transporting and selling heroin in the Fountain Hills community.
In addition to numerous drug paraphernalia items, investigators uncovered nearly 56 grams of heroin with an approximate street value of $56,000. The suspects were charged with possession of narcotic drugs and conspiracy to possess narcotic drugs for sale. Officials said additional arrests are pending.
Officials identified those arrested as David Leddy, 24; Marie Secillia, 19; John Hutchinson, 22; Joseph Ahlgren, 18; Angela Farmer, 26; Baris Sendag, 35; James McQueen, 29; Francisco Cruz, 21; and Luis Montes, 21."
