Nazir Ahmad Chachu of Abi Nawpora, the drug dealer, and Manzoor Ahmad Rather of Nai Sadak, the addict.
“After we got the information about their presence in the gutted building we immediately raided the spot and arrested these two persons red handed. We registered a case against the duo under FIR 109,” said Station House Officer (SHO) Police Station Nehru Park, Peerzada Ishaq.
The SHO said that after preliminary questioning the arrested duo revealed the names of suppliers of Brown Sugar and Charas in Kohna Khan area.
Nazir Ahmad, the peddler told police that Abdul Rashid Gunna supplied him drugs. Nazir traced the source of these drugs to Bandiun, Nyayun, Kandipura and Sangam areas of Islamabad district, the SHO added.
The SHO said police would arrest the main suppliers soon.
